When you need assistance we're here to help - via phone, chat and email. However you want to talk, whenever you want to talk, it will never cost you anything.
Keywords allow your customers to text a special word to our shared long code to join your text messaging list. Learn more about them here.

When you buy credits in bulk, for your Pay & Go account, we'll apply the following discounts:

If you are on a monthly plan all of your Additional Credit purchases are discounted at your plan's rate.
Each text is equal to one message to one phone number.
If you were to send a single message to 10 people, it would count as 10 texts.
If you sign up for a monthly plan you cancel it at anytime.
There are no contracts to sign and no obligations.
No limits: Add as many contacts to your account as you want. We'll never limit you. The same goes for Groups.

If you are on Pay & Go, the Anytime Credits you purchase will never expire. If you are on a monthly plan, your Plan Credits refresh every 30 days based on the initial date you started the monthly plan (not on the calendar month). Please note, Plan Credits do not roll over. If you purchase additional Anytime Credits they will never expire.
